There are options out there. Have you considered working a weekend job?? Especially if it might be one of the highest-paid weekend jobs?
In addition to added income, weekend jobs can offer:
- a flexible schedule
- higher pay (even more if you’re working nights!)
I mean, just think about it, a profitable side income that provides extra support for your family would be great, right?! Well, here you have it – a list of the highest-paid weekend jobs in 2021.
Highest Paid Weekend Jobs in 2021
Being able to work a second job can really help provide the extra income you may need to support your family. I get it, you might have a busy schedule during the week but, if you have free time during the weekend, consider getting a weekend job to make ends meet. The more it pays, the fewer hours you’ll have to put in to make it worth your while.
The extra income received from working a weekend job could be the difference in working paycheck-to-paycheck and having some extra to be able to invest for a better financial future. You owe it to yourself to at least consider the option, right?! Below is a list of the highest-paid weekend jobs in 2021!
I know you’re probably wondering how a bartender is one of the highest-paid weekend jobs. One word: TIPS! There’s enough potential here to make at least $200 a night as a bartender.
Of course, you have to take into account a few things like:
- what state you work in
- the type of venue
- what shift you work (night shifts can bring in the most money)
How good you are as a bartender can also play a major role in your pay. If you’re interested in becoming a bartender, consider getting your bartending license. You have to be at least 21 (in some states 18 is the legal age to bartend). I know many of us would like to hit the ground running but it’s best if you make sure you know the basics if you’re just getting started. Remember, the better you are, the more tips you can make!
2) Fitness Instructor
If you’re interested in getting a good workout as well as helping others get into shape, this may be a job to consider. You could make a lot of money as a fitness instructor (think $20+ an hour!), especially when you consider where to work (yes, different gyms will offer different pay).
You choose whether you want to offer one-on-one training or group sessions. It can also depend on the skill set you bring to the table as well as the group size.
- a great motivator ,
- a born leader,
- and of course interested in helping people with weight management…
…then this is the job for you! Did I mention it’s a great weekend job??
3) Delivery Driver
Another great option to consider would be becoming a delivery driver on the weekends. Many places are looking for delivery drivers (especially right now) to get their products to their customers.
Different companies offering this gig are:
All of these places are looking for delivery drivers (most with contactless delivery). This is just to name a few companies, there are many more.
The average pay of these delivery driver jobs range from $9/hr to $28/hr!
You can potentially make around $42k a year as a delivery driver. However, this does depend on what type of delivery driver you become (if you have your CDL and want to drive a truck, you can make SOOO MUCH MORE!). Of course, if you choose the CDL method, you might want to consider being a delivery driver full time. That’s always another option.
4) Rideshare Driver
It’s designed for you to be able to set your own hours and operates a little like a modern-day taxi service. If you can meet the required driver criteria and your vehicle can pass a set required criteria as well, you should give it a shot (keep in mind, they will conduct a background check and vehicle inspection to be sure).
Once you have passed and been accepted, you’re ready to go.
5) Online Researcher
If you already spend hours online doing research on various topics, this could be great for you. You could continue your search and start getting paid!
If you choose to become an online researcher, you can:
- set your own hours
- work from home
- dig for loads of information online
Most importantly, you can solely work on the weekends!
As an online researcher and beginner, you could be looking at bringing in about $10 per hour. However, there’s potential for much more. You could find jobs on sites like Upwork, Indeed, Freelancer, and many more.
No licenses or special qualifications are necessary. You can make the decision and get started today.
6) Server (Waiter/Waitress)
The average pay for servers is $16 per hour, including tips. Not too bad right? Depending on where you live, you can potentially make more or less than that. However, this is a great weekend job that offers a flexible schedule with part-time options.
It’s certainly something to consider for weekends since you could stand to bring in up to $300 a night.
7) Amazon Seller
Are you a budding entrepreneur? Maybe you just have some items you want to sell in your spare time to make some extra cash. Well, if you’re interested in eCommerce, there’s no better time to get started than now! It’s a great weekend gig and you can make money on your own terms in your own time. I mean, that is if you have items to sell.
If any of this sounds like something interesting, look at becoming an Amazon seller. You get started by creating your seller account (yes, there is a fee of $39.99, but it’s an investment in your eCommerce business). You would upload the items you want to sell and promote it. When people buy your item, you get paid.
Sounds simple enough right?
Make sure this is something you really are interested in first though. You don’t want to get started, and then realize this isn’t what you wanted to do. That would be a waste of money (but hey, if it doesn’t work out, you gained some experience at not a huge loss).
Highest Paid Weekend Jobs in 2021 – Which Will You Choose??
I know if you’re just as busy as I am, finding some ways to make some extra income during the week just isn’t going to happen yet. But, with these jobs, you have the potential to really bring home some extra money on the weekends!
Just give it a shot.
You might actually end up loving the weekend job more than your day job. You’ll never know until you try!
Did any of these weekend jobs spark your interest? Have you worked any of them before and have tips for someone else?
