Do you currently own a blog? Or maybe you own a business? Have you ever thought about hiring out some extra help because you’re currently overwhelmed with all the duties that surround you? I can’t say that I’ve been feeling overwhelmed per-say, but I do feel that some more help is necessary for me to truly succeed, so that’s why I hired a few more staff writers.
Let’s Introduce The Staff Writers!
First of all, I want to welcome my new staff writers. I’m sure you all know Corey (from http://20sfinances.com) by now – he’s been writing articles for me since last October. He’s very talented when it comes to personal finance and his articles have certainly reflected that. Next, there’s Dominique from http://yourfinancessimplified.com – he has tons of ideas regarding personal finance and his style of writing is super easy to understand. I’m sure you’ll all enjoy his writing. Help me also welcome Marie from http://familymoneyvalues.com – she is a wonderful writer with a caring heart. Much like me, she just loves to help others through her posts. Finally, there’s Jessica from http://budgetforhealth.com. Jessica is a registered dietitian and has a great perspective on healthy eating with a frugal mentality.
Count them up, I’ve got 4 staff writers! It certainly is very exciting to have such a talented and diverse team, but don’t you worry about hearing from me less. I’ll still be writing articles every Sunday and Monday. My staff writers will be providing the articles on Wednesday and Friday.
How Will This Benefit You, The Reader?
You are in for an awesome ride! By hiring some more staff writers, I am freeing up quite a lot of my time this summer. Certainly, some of the time will go toward finishing up my house projects, but the majority of my new-found spare time will go directly toward improving this website! You will soon find some more helpful tools that will help you pay off your debts, and there will soon be some literature about staying out of debt through college!
In addition to these benefits, I think that every business comes to a point where they can either continue to be a one man show and limit their growth, or they can release some of the work to others so that the business can continue to flourish and grow far beyond what could have been done by just one person. I am currently at this fork, and I aspire to grow this business far beyond its current state. Naturally then, it was time to get some help to make that possible.
My Goals and Aspirations
I originally started this site because of my love for personal finance. I see a ton of people out there that are getting terrible financial advice from their friends and family, which is leaving them severely in debt with no hope of escape. I truly have a passion for helping these people. Debt is absolutely not a necessary part of life like many would have you believe. By steering clear of debt, one can actually become very wealthy and secure.
By hiring these new staff writers, I have now effectively freed up some of my time to pursue my aspirations with even more vigor than before. I plan to get some eBooks out into the market very shortly, and if they are successful, I expect to speak all over the country about how one can live a life without debt and what it could mean for their success in the future.
This blog has been a great medium for helping others, and it will continue to be my main source of spreading my debt-free message, but with my new literature, I hope to extend my impact to even more people – maybe even internationally!
Here’s to the future! I hope that you’ll continue to take this journey with me and learn from my experiences!
My name is Derek, and I have my Bachelors Degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University. After graduation, I was not able to find a job that fully utilized my degree, but I still had a passion for Finance! So, I decided to focus my passion in the stock market. I studied Cash Flows, Balance Sheets, and Income Statements, put some money into the market and saw a good return on my investment. As satisfying as this was, I still felt that something was missing. I have a passion for Finance, but I also have a passion for people. If you have a willingness to learn, I will continue to teach.
